Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the terms "nakwin", "Platform" or "we" refer to the operation of the nakwin.onl website together with all services provided under it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who accesses or uses this platform.

These terms and conditions cover:

• Registration and management of user accounts
• Deposits, withdrawals and all financial transactions
• Participation in slot games, live casino, sports betting and crash games
• Claiming and using bonuses and promotions
• VIP programme and membership benefits
• All communications between users and nakwin

These terms are subject to amendments from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration and User Information

When registering, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information to be provided includes full name as per MyKad, an active mobile phone number and a valid email address.

Users agree to:

• Keep account information accurate at all times
• Not share their password or login details with any other party
• Notify nakwin immediately if their account is suspected to have been accessed without authorisation
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur within their account

nakwin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts containing false, incomplete or misleading information without prior notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the nakwin platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
• Withdrawal processing time: within one hour after the request is approved

All deposits must come from an account in the name of the registered user. nakwin reserves the right to hold or reject transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or unlawful sources of funds.

In the event of a technical error in a transaction, nakwin will investigate and rectify the matter accordingly. nakwin's decision in this regard is final.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

nakwin offers a welcome bonus to new members of 100% of the first deposit, up to RM888. This bonus is subject to the following wagering requirements:

• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering required RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. If a user attempts to withdraw funds before the requirements are met, nakwin reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount along with any related winnings.

All other promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms which will be stated at the time the offer is released. nakwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.

VIP Programme and Membership Benefits

nakwin operates a VIP programme consisting of four membership tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's gaming activity and commitment on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to additional terms and nakwin reserves the right to modify the structure of this programme.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the nakwin platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or mechanical methods to interact with the platform
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions through dishonest methods, including coordination between different accounts
• Attempts to hack, intrude upon or disrupt nakwin's technical systems
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities
• Opening multiple accounts for oneself or others to circumvent limits or obtain repeated bonuses

A violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Responsible Gambling

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting nakwin's customer support. Before an account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions must first be settled.

nakwin also reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or breach of terms
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Failure to submit identity verification documents when requested

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the nakwin platform, users are asked to contact our customer support team first. nakwin is committed to resolving every complaint in a fair and transparent manner.

The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• nakwin's internal team will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe
• If the user is not satisfied with the internal decision, the matter may be referred to the relevant licensing authority

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the changes are asked to close their account before the changes take effect.
